Usually i update our linux server in periodic times. Now there was this bis security update where they also switched to Berkely DB 4.3. Subversion Users may notice that this is a little tricky, since you have to move your repository from 4.2 to 4.3.
It really can be messy, if you haven't updatet yet, look here for instructions.
Otherwise there is a good description here, how to get your old 4.2 repository to work on the new 4.3 Database when you already updated the Database.
